I'm convinced that I'm on an FBI watchlist. Okay, maybe I just really hope that if the FBI has been following my crazy Google searches they're fully aware that I'm a writer and not a serial killer.

Create a Twitter-length pitch for your completed and polished manuscript and leave room for genre, age, and the hashtag. On January 15, Tweet your pitch. If your pitch receives a favorite/heart from a publisher/agent check their submission guidelines and send your requested query.

ReplyDeleteWe'd be on the watchlist together LOL. I say it's a good thing we don't know how to dispose of bodies and need to google it. Or what the going rate is for a hitman. LOL Upside to a sketchy search history right?
ReplyDeleteI've never been questioned by the police, but my husband once questioned my google searches...always looking up hot men. LOL. Tis the life of a romance writer, not a cheater.

ReplyDeleteSometimes I like starting a search just to see what Google will fill in. This is what I do for entertainment, folks.

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you posted this. I've worried about this exact thing many times. But then one day I actually phoned the FBI office in Seattle and asked a bunch of questions. The fella I talked to was generous with his time and his answers. It was a great call.
