Everything You Need To Know About Ebook Publishing Platforms

Once again, Reedsy has created a carefully researched and informative article that is a great help to writers. Once your book is written you have some very big steps ahead prior to publication, and then there's the publication hurdle itself.

As Reedsy points out, ebook publishing, like everything else in this business is constantly evolving and changing. Here's the latest up-to-date information at a click of your mouse.

The contents are linked below as they appear in the article. If you're new, go from start to finish. If you have some experience but need brushing up in areas that have changed or that you want to reconsider, skip to that area. If you're all set and only need help to get your book into the major ebook companies, then read about distribution setup.

Do you have experience with the process of putting an ebook out? Was it a challenge? What did you think about this article as a resource? Would you like more articles that keep you up-to-date about the publishing business? We'd like to hear from you, so leave a comment and let us know your thoughts.

No experience but I wish more authors went wide rather than using Amazon exclusively.

Once you know what you're doing and get in the groove, it's a piece of cake.

Amazon is easy peasy, the rest I have really looked at much. Probably should one of these days.

Everyones doing ebooks these days, not like years ago when I used to read novels in the hundreds. The best teaser is an ebook, that way you've got something to interest readers with at relatively low cost except for your own time.

No. But I hope to gain experience in this regard. One day. No matter which publishing route I choose.
